Anything in the Favorites bar does not sync. I am also having this issue. From the beginning, I had everything syncing but I realized favorites have stopped syncing between my desktop and SP3 some time ago. Reading lists, favorites bar and favorites have all stopped syncing.
I've tried turning the toggle off and then on, opening both browsers on each computer at the same time while connected to the network, and nothing seems to work. Please issue a fix when possible. It doesn't seem like such a basic syncing feature should be so difficult when OneDrive syncs full-blown files so well between the two.
So far it has not helped. It has been at least 3 hours since I reinstalled Windows 10 on my laptop and made sure all sync. I wonder if the server or service that is responsible for this is simply down or is having. I too have this issue.
I have two desktops running identical builds with identical settings, yet suddenly Workstation 02 will not sync the favorites in Edge. So I added a new favorite to Edge on Workstation It has not synced to Workstation Neither has it synced to my Windows Phone. Clearly Microsoft needs to attend to this issue, but their apparent lack if interest is appalling! Copy all the content from that user profile to the newly created user profile. But this did not work. I did chat to two different techs on MS help site total waste of 40 minutes. The pain is all my favourites are on the phone and none on the Surface 4 where they are needed. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
